On-line safety valve testing

INTRA Service Company technicians make adjustment of safety and relief valves without applying overpressure in the system.

It is used at plant operators in oil and gas production, chemical, nuclear and other industries where strict requirements for operational reliability of controlling and relief systems should be met.

Enables to test valves during operation without increasing the system pressure, to identify the defects of the valves those of maintenance requiring for scheduled or emergency repairs.

Enables the operator to set pressure within ±1% and also to detect such potential dangerous problems as:

• a leaky valve;
• a slowdown valve;
• a valve with long-term "reset" or simmer.
