Hot tapping and line stopping&plugging

Hot tapping and line stopping for repairs and modifications do not require shutdown or interruption of your plant operation.

The standard equipment enables to carry out works at the following parameters of the mediums:

• Pressure up to 100 bar at a medium temperature of 38°C
• Temperature up to 370°C at pressure of 48 bar.

Diameter range for hot tapping: 6 - 1800 mm. Different sizes of tees and also of vessel branch connections are available, for example, the branch of 300 mm on the vessel with the diameter of 15 m.

Hot tapping direction can be horizontal, vertical and angled one. In some cases hot tapping is made bottom-up.
